Sovereign is not a traditional "purchaser" of surgery centers whereby one buys a majority stake and calls it theirs. Rather, Sovereign is interested in creatively acquiring surgery centers where it can use its ability to bring doctors to a project in a manner that gets surgery center owners/sellers more value than they would otherwise attract. Sovereign has successfully executed on this strategy to the benefit of all involved, and would welcome the opportunity to think through such opportunities with prospective owners/sellers.
