Rudy has over 10 year's operational experience in various corporate leadership roles. Most recently, he served as program manager for a professional services group. In 2003, he was recalled into active service with the U.S. Army and served as a project manager for the construction of infrastructure facilities throughout Afghanistan, including 5 medical clinics and the Rabia Balkhi Hosiptal in Kabul. He also served as Senior Vice President at Benefit Consultants overseeing the core business operations as the business grew by over 75% to $400 mm in annualized premium.
Rudy received his BA in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
