RALPH MARTINSEN, Director of Operations
Ralph oversees Sovereign's physician practice management in the Orange County region. Ralph has over 8 years experience in project management, business operations and planning, mergers and acquisitions and finance. Prior to joining Sovereign in 2011, he was a corporate development manager with Cumming, a project and cost consulting services firm, overseeing mergers & acquisitions, business process improvement and IT transformation, and has consulted for the defense, healthcare and energy industries.
Ralph served as a Captain and telecommunications officer in the United States Marine Corps. He deployed to Fallujah, Iraq in 2004 and oversaw a multi-site telecommunication infrastructure supporting data and digital services for command and forward operating units.
Ralph received a BA from New York University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
