Lynn Dugan, Vice President of Clinical Operations
Lynn joined Sovereign Healthcare in 2008 and is active in the management of Sovereign’s Arizona facilities. She participates in Sovereign’s company-wide management meetings where her input is invaluable given her wide range of experience in ambulatory surgery.
With over 15 years of experience in the ambulatory surgery center setting, Lynn has managed the day-to-day business and clinical operations of surgery centers as well as the development process, including design and construction requirements. Lynn has expertise in state licensing, CMS certification, AAAHC and Joint Commission accreditation. She has consulted for numerous facilities across the country and currently serves on the board of the Arizona Surgery Center Association.
Lynn received her BSN from Arizona State University.
