Lynn Dugan, Director of Operations
Dugan joined Sovereign Healthcare in 2008 and is active in the management of Sovereign’s Arizona facilities, as well as participating in Sovereign’s company-wide management meetings where her input is invaluable given her extensive experience in nurse management.
Dugan has over 15-years of nurse management experience, and has held management positions at hospitals, leading surgery centers, and the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. She has extensive experience in running day-to-day operations of centers as well as managing the development process, including design and construction. Dugan has expertise in licensing, compliance, accreditation and certification requirements for all governing bodies and has assisted facilities in Arizona, California and Texas with obtaining such from surveying organizations.
Dugan received her B.S. in nursing from Arizona State University. She is a Registered Nurse, and also has obtained Advanced Life Support Certificates for both Cardiac and Pediatrics.
