Jeremy is the co-founder of Sovereign Healthcare, and was previously Vice President of Audax Group, a $1-billion private equity investment firm where he launched and ran the firm's West Coast office and directed investments into several early-stage and middle-market businesses, sitting on the boards of several companies and being active in operations with several companies.
Prior to Audax Group, Jeremy consulted with several businesses (including Surgery Centers of America), and was an Associate with Lehman Brothers where he was a member of the firm's Investment Banking Group in their New York office.
Jeremy has a B.A. from the University of Southern California, where he also attended the school's M.B.A. program. Jeremy also has a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
