Jay has served as Sovereign's CFO since its' inception, and has over 19 years of both CFO and COO level experience in both public and private companies. Jay was previously the CFO and COO of LockStream Corporation, a Seattle-based software company; was the CFO of the Dallas Mavericks, the Dallas NBA franchise, under the ownership of Ross Perot, Jr., and subsequently Mark Cuban; as well as CFO and COO of International Music Corporation and CFO of Telephone Broadcasting Systems. Jay began his career at KPMG, where he left as Manager of its Private Business Practice.
Jay received his B.S. from the University of Oklahoma.
