Since its inception, Sovereign and its team have been involved in developing and operating numerous surgery centers, co-managing service lines of acute care hospitals, managing the business-side of large physician practices, creating joint ventures with large hospital systems, and numerous other healthcare ventures. Sovereign is a privately-held company headquartered in Orange County, California.
